Company means Nannies at Work Africa Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Kenya and trading as “NaaWA”, of P.O. Box 20801-00100, Nairobi, Kenya.
NaaWA means Nannies at Work Africa Limited, trading as NaaWA.
Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person and includes sensitive personal data and children’s personal data where applicable.
Services means the services, products, subscriptions, professional services, childcare services, technology services, or other services offered or described by NaaWA through its website, booking flows, service descriptions, partnerships, or other applicable arrangements.
Website means the NaaWA website accessible from www.naawa.africa, together with its landing pages, forms, booking flows, and related online content.
User or You means any individual accessing or using the Website, or any organisation or legal entity on whose behalf an individual accesses or uses the Website.

Website content does not guarantee service availability, admission, childcare placement, partnership approval, licensing outcomes, or acceptance into any NaaWA service.
Formal childcare services may require completion of onboarding, verification, required consents, payment, and acceptance of applicable service terms before services are provided.
Submitting a form, enquiry, booking request, or other information through the Website does not by itself constitute acceptance into a NaaWA service or guarantee that a service will be provided.
4. User Conduct
Users of the Website shall:
- Provide accurate and complete information and shall not submit false child, parent, medical, billing, employer, or other information.

- Not scrape, copy, extract, or collect information from the Website through unauthorised means.

Personal Data submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with the NaaWA Privacy Policy.

NaaWA processes children’s Personal Data with appropriate parent or guardian consent or another applicable legal basis and applies enhanced safeguards, access controls, minimisation, retention limits, and consent records.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the NaaWA Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable service terms, booking terms, and other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable terms governing use of the Website unless expressly varied by a specific agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya unless otherwise expressly provided in an applicable agreement.
Any concern or dispute relating to the Website or these Terms should first be raised with NaaWA in good faith with the aim of resolving the matter informally.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Kenya or dealt with through another dispute-resolution process where expressly provided in an applicable agreement.
