Early Childhood Caregiver - 10 positions
Be a steady, caring presence for children in a NaaWA childcare setting. Support children through attentive care, play and age-appropriate activities. Follow safe handover, hygiene, safeguarding and daily reporting routines, and communicate warmly with families and colleagues. We value relevant childcare experience or training, sound judgment and a dependable approach to care.
Childcare Centre Supervisor - 1 position
Lead the daily rhythm of a NaaWA centre and support the caregiver team. Coordinate staffing, child-to-caregiver coverage and daily operations. Oversee records, family communication, safe handovers and incident escalation; coach caregivers and maintain consistent care standards. We value childcare experience, practical team leadership and strong operational judgment.
